Important COVID-19 Information.

After a closure to keep our team safe and healthy during the COVID-19 surge, the iolloi team are back and orders are shipping. But they're not shipping with the same speed that they use to.

We're still able to ship goods within 24 hours of being ordered, Monday to Thursday, but the couriers we use remain short staffed and orders are taking longer than normal to arrive. We apologise for this but are sure that you understand.

 Tracking your order.

All orders ship with door-to-door tracking and you'll receive your tracking number once the order has shipped.

Shipping cut-off times.

We know you want to receive your order ASAP - it's no different for any online retailer. We strive to ship your order as quickly as we can. Most orders will ship next-working day. Our warehouse team ship goods Monday to Friday from our warehouses in Shenzhen or Hong Kong meaning orders placed and paid for from Sunday through Thursday typically ship next-day.
